Coming Up....

The Point Shoot Play girls have been super busy teaching and organising up-coming events.

Thank you to Lisa and her girls at Remember When in Gympie!! Peta and I travelled to Gympie on Sunday and spent the day teaching and having a lot of fun. Wow, Lisa knows how to feed her girls!!

Andrea joined Peta at Blossies (Morayfield) last Friday night, too. Peta taught a fantastic class and I hear most are keen to get back into learning more about manipulating their photographs more creatively.

PHOTOSHOP CLASS - $45
Begin to learn how to manipulate photographs using Photoshop Elements 5. Most photomanipulation software is similar, so you will definitely pick up some information you can use in your software (if you don't have PSE5).

Each participant will be able to work through examples on an individual laptop as well as learn how to use a Wacom Bamboo Fun graphics tablet, throughout the class, while your Tutor explains via a projector and screen.

PHOTOGRAPHY SEMINAR - $20
Relax while our Photographer/Tutor explains the different functions on your 'Point & Shoot' or digital SLR camera and gives you tips and tricks to taking better photographs!

Who Would Have Thought..

Me-technically challenged???!!!! I am still having issues with the slide show uploaded to You Tube and now I cannot get the booking forms to work....
If you would like to book in to any of the Workshops being held at the Brisbane Paper Crafts Festival (14th-16th March 2008)-Please email me (until I work these forms out LOL).. There is limited seating available...

We have been busy putting together the "goodies" bag that all that attend a Workshop be it a Photo software Workshop or Photography Workshop will receive... Let me just say-even I'm impressed LOL...

As we promised to relieve as our latest tutor on the website... Lets just say I am so anal we haven't finished it yet-poor Peta-with all my changes LOL.... I would like to welcome Andrea Thompson as our new tutor... Welcome Andrea!! Andrea joins our team-Peta Stokes and Sara Pearcy.. Watch out for these girls. Layouts and a few other little bits and pieces are popping up in all the scrapbooking magazines-I can hardly keep up with them LOL..

As Andrea has joined the team, Point Shoot Play is now able to offer additional classes on either Monday or Tuesday's, both during the day or evening classes. For more info please shoot me an email...

We Love Teaching...

I have just updated our Class and Workshop dates to the right , including the Photography Workshops-more dates to follow. Its true we love teaching... There is something about sharing knowledge that just gets me... I love it...

Peta and I have a busy and Fun weekend ahead of us-Yah... Tonight we are at a private home for the groups Permission To Play class-so much fun.. These ladies and gents are a hoot-also gotta love the lollies..... Not that I have any-cause how professional is that ;)

Busy Busy...

The PSP girls and I have been busy busy... Peta is working on the Website as well. Won't be long now. Stay tuned for new tutor news.

I have also had time to play.. I put together these using the Photo A Day kit (gotta find the link LOL)... I am not really taking a photo a day-but love the kit-so I'm really doing "Photo At Random" do you think it will catch on ???? LOL
